Kiribati Territorial Sea Baseline (TSB)

The Republic of Kiribati Marine Zones (Declaration) Act 2011 can be cited as the Territorial Sea Baselines of Kiribati Regulations 2014. It states that Baseline" means the baseline from which the breadth of the territorial sea, contiguous zone, exclusive economic zone and continental shelf is measured.
