Yoshiki Yamaguchi-Chapelle Joins the Pacific Women Advisory Board

Yoshiko Yamaguchi-Capelle is the first young Pacific Island woman to be appointed to the Pacific Women Advisory Board. She was nominated to the Board through the Pacific Young Women’s Alliance, a group she has been involved with for a number of years now.
